GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Council ; Negron ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Seiler

Sexually Violent Predators; provides that trial in proceeding to commit sexually violent predator may be continued once if specified conditions are met; provides that no additional continuances may be granted unless court finds that manifest injustice would occur; requires Justice Administrative Commission to maintain registry of mental health & other experts; provides for advertising of registry; provides for electronic publication, etc. Amends 394.916; creates 394.932.
