Police Pursuits of Fleeing Vehicles; requires each local law enforcement agency to adopt policy governing conduct of law enforcement officers who are pursuing vehicle that is fleeing from law enforcement officer; requires each local law enforcement agency to periodically certify to Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission that it has adopted written policy.
