GENERAL BILL by Seiler
Consumer Protection; changes obsolete dates; reenacts & amends provision re remedies of enforcing authority under Florida Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act; provides that court may order actions brought under that act on behalf of an enterprise; provides that use of creation that is not protected under federal copyright law shall not give rise to claim or cause of action, except under specified circumstances; provides construction. Amends Ch. 501; creates 501.927.
