PROPOSED BILL by Environmental Preservation
State Lands; clarifies duties of DEP, water management districts, & DOACS re state lands; revises appraisal requirements to provide for two appraisals for property valued at more than $1 million; expands real estate services that board of trustees may obtain by contract; authorizes board of trustees to approve acquisition of lands for which purchase price does not exceed 150 percent of appraised value, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 07/01/2006 except as otherwise provided
