Elections/Vacancies; provides for special primary elections to fill vacancies in nomination; prescribes procedures with respect thereto; provides procedure for filling vacancy in nomination when one occurs later than specified date or re candidate of minor political party; provides for notice; corrects cross-reference. Amends 100.101,.111,.141, 101.657.
