HB 1127: Medicaid Eligibility Requirements

GENERAL BILL by Nehr

Medicaid Eligibility Requirements; provides that low-income families that have children are eligible for Medicaid if family's countable income does not exceed 35 percent of federal poverty level & resource standards do not exceed applicable standards for Aid to Families with Dependent Children; extends time during which family that has lost temporary cash assistance due to earnings may remain eligible for Medicaid without reapplication, etc. Amends 409.903, 445.029.
