GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Disabled Veterans/Ad Val Tax [RPCC]; authorizes governing body of county to waive requirement that annual application be made for veteran's disability discount; requires veteran who receives such discount to notify property appraiser of any changes in use of property or in his or her degree of disability; provides penalties for noncompliance. Amends 196.011.
