Cardrooms [EPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/CS/CS/S752 & CS/S1192) defines term "authorized game facilitated by electronic equipment"; provides that provision making certain activities concerning games crime does not authorize certain games or machines; authorizes certain horserace, greyhound race, or jai alai permitholders licensed under Gambling laws to operate cardroom at pari-mutuel facility during designated times, etc. Amends 849.086.
