Workforce Services [EPCC]; revises definitions of work activities to conform to federal law & regulations governing work requirements for participants in temporary cash assistance program; revises certain requirements for & duties of regional workforce boards re work requirements for program participants; clarifies circumstances under which transitional child care is available to former participants in welfare transition program, etc. Amends Ch. 445, 402.305.
