GENERAL BILL by Cretul
Pari-mutuel Permitholders; authorizes thoroughbred permitholder to conduct one additional charity day to provide for care of retired thoroughbreds pursuant to agreement on file with Pari-mutuel Wagering Division entered into by certain parties; revises provisions for payment by permitholders of certain amounts for breeders', stallion, & special racing awards; revises requirements for preference to Florida-bred horses in races held by said permitholders, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
