HB 1439: Regional Workforce Boards
GENERAL BILL by Zapata
Regional Workforce Boards; provides that undisbursed funds, including accruing interest, in accounts of such boards do not revert at end of fiscal year but remain in accounts for use by boards for implementing programs for which funds were intended. Amends 445.007.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
