GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Governmental Operations
Retirement [RPCC]; consolidates operation of Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences Supplemental Retirement Program under FRS; abolishes Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences Supplemental Retirement TF; bars program participants from membership in FRS; amends provision re establishment & administration of said program; redefines term "trust fund" for purposes of administering program, etc. Creates 121.047; amends 112.0801, 121.40.
