GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Oelrich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Constantine

Conservation Lands [RPCC]; creates "Florida Springs Stewardship Act"; prescribes duties of DEP, alone & in coordination with other governmental entities, re protection of springs & surrounding lands; provides that all provisions of conservation easement shall survive & remain enforceable after issuance of tax deed; authorizes two or more counties, or combination of at least one county & municipality, to establish tax increment area for said lands, etc. Amends Ch. 369, 704.06.
