Primary Care Access Network [SPCC]; creates two pilot programs to provide extended operating hours for purpose of offering health care services at overcrowded clinics in said network in Orange, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, & DeSoto Counties; directs AHCA to establish pilot program in Orange & Pasco Counties & pilot program in Manatee, Sarasota, & DeSoto Counties; requires agency to submit report with recommendations to Governor & Legislature by specified date, etc. APPROPRIATION: $3,500,000.
