GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Governmental Operations ; Governmental Operations

Leases/Private Property/State Agency [RPCC]; removes expiration of provisions requiring that DMS annually submit master leasing report to Governor & Legislature concerning leases that are due to expire & amendments & supplements to & waivers of terms & conditions of lease agreements; provides criteria for protesting agency decision or intended decision pertaining to competitive solicitation for leased space; provides procedure for payment of tenant broker for commission, etc. Amends FS.
