Guardianship/Criminal History Record Checks [LPCC]; revises provisions re criminal history record checks for professional & nonprofessional guardians; requires Statewide Public Guardianship Office to adopt rules; revises terminology; deletes obsolete language; revises language concerning investigations of credit histories of professional guardians & certain of their employees. Amend 744.3135.
