GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery

Environmental Protection [RPCC]; requires that proceeds of fees paid for Wildflower license plates be distributed to Fla. Wildflower Foundation, Inc.; encourages additional counties to develop regional approach to coordinating litter control & prevention programs; places Adopt-a-Shore Program within DEP; authorizes DEP to initiate rulemaking re waste-to-energy facilities; provides for management & disposal of certain storm-generated debris, etc. Amends Ch. 403, 320.08058.
