GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Bennett
Environmental Permitting [RPCC]; authorizes certain dry slip storage to be constructed under specified conditions; revises provisions requiring DEP to develop & consolidate federal & state wetland permitting programs; authorizes implementation of state programmatic general permit or regional general permits by DEP & WMDs for certain dredge & fill activities; requires DEP & WMDs to provide applicants with written notice of permit denial, etc. Amends Chs. 373, 161, 403.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
