Corporations not for Profit [EPCC]; requires document that is electronically transmitted to be in format that can be retrieved in typewritten or printed form; requires Department of State to collect fee for filing agent's statement of resignation from inactive corporation; provides that certain stock certificates constitute certificates of membership; provides that repeal or amendment of statute does not affect certain operations & proceedings, etc. Amends Ch. 617.
