GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Community Affairs ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Tax Increment Financing/Conservation Lands [RPCC]; authorizes two or more counties, or combination of at least one county & municipality, to establish tax increment area for conservation lands by interlocal agreement; requires establishment of separate reserve account for each tax increment area; provides that WMD may be party to said agreement; requires certain approvals from DEP & DCA; provides that revenue bonds may be paid only from revenues deposited into separate reserve account, etc.
