Medicaid Prescription Drugs [SPCC]; requires AHCA to join multistate purchasing pool for Medicaid prescription drugs; requires AHCA to enter into negotiations with most appropriate purchasing pool; requires AHCA, in consultation with DOEA, to study effects of Medicare prescription drug benefit on Medicare enrollees; authorizes AHCA & DOEA to use internal staff, contracted consultant, or university to conduct study; requires AHCA to report its findings to Governor & Legislature, etc. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
