Voting Systems [LPCC]; requires voter-verifiable paper record of votes cast using electronic voting systems; requires use of marksense ballots on election days; requires accessible voter interface device at polling places & early voting sites; requires postelection audits of voting systems; requires manual recounts of votes cast using direct recording electronic voting method to use paper records, which is official ballot, etc. Amends Ch. 101, 102.166.
