SB 2276: Workers' Compensation [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Bennett

Workers' Compensation [EPCC]; creates Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association; exempts policyholders of former subplan C from assessments attributable to deficits in former subplan C under certain conditions; provides for use of surplus attributable to former subplans as means to fund deficit; provides that joint underwriting plan & association are exempt from corporate income tax but may elect to pay premium taxes, etc. Amends 627.311; creates 627.3121.
