Biofuels [RPCC]; defines terms re alternative fuels & biofuels; provides calculation formulas to determine quantity of biofuels sold by retail sales dealers; creates biofuel marketer's promotion tax credit & biofuel production tax credit; requires that certain business deductions be included within definition of "adjusted federal income"; creates ethanol & biodiesel mixtures tax credit, etc. Amends Ch. 206, 213, 220.
