Fiscal Responsibility Task Force/Disabled [SPCC]; creates Task Force on Fiscal Responsibility for Services to Persons with Developmental Disabilities to evaluate expenditure of Medicaid funds appropriated for services provided to persons with said disabilities; provides for membership & reimbursement for per diem & travel expenses; directs that task force be staffed by Governor's Office of Policy & Budget; requires that data & information be provided by DCFS, AHCA, & APD, etc. APPROPRIATION.
