SB 2438: Affordable Housing [RPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Baker

Affordable Housing [RPCC]; provides requirements for local governments & community redevelopment agencies re specified funding sources to provide financial assistance to certain mobile home owners; provides down payment assistance under State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program to certain persons employed as K-12 classroom teachers in schools in this state; requires said program to develop eligibility criteria, etc. Creates 163.31772; amends Chs. 420, 723. APPROPRIATION: $55,000,000.
