Parole Commission Membership [LPCC]; deletes obsolete provision; requires commission's membership to reflect at all times diversity of population of this state; requires said commission to assume role of transition authority to coordinate seamless planning process & continuum of services from custody to community in order to facilitate successful reentry of persons leaving departmental custody, etc. Amends 947.01,.02,.13; repeals 947.022.
