GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 ; Wise
Governor's School for Science & Technology [SPCC]; establishes school within Fla. K-20 public education system & DOE; provides for said school to offer intensive instruction for students in grades 9 through 12 & summer programs for teachers; provides for funding said school in General Appropriations Act; requires that students enrolled in school be recorded as enrolled in their home school district for purposes of funding, etc. Amends 1000.04, 1002.20, 1003.02; creates 1002.371.
