GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Aronberg

Public Safety/Sexual Predators & Offenders [LPCC]; revises provisions re reimbursement of specified costs by sexual predators; specifies requirements for complying with state & local government residency exclusions for sexual offenders or sexual predators; requires FDLE & other specified agencies to consider eliminating or modifying two dates on or after which person must be classified as sexual offender or sexual predator, etc. Amends Chs. 775, 947, 948, 794.065.
