Remediation of Illicit Drug Labs [SPCC]; creates within Executive Office of Governor the Task Force for Remediation of Illicit Drug Labs; requires public hearings; requires Drug Control Office within Executive Office of Governor to provide staff support; creates within Executive Office of Governor Drug Paraphernalia Abatement Task Force; provides that meetings & records of task force are subject to statutory public meetings & records requirements, etc.
