GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz
Insurance [EPCC]; provides exemption from required written examination to certain applicants for licensure as claims adjuster; authorizes certain programs to offer correspondence courses to applicants for licensure as health insurance agent; authorizes certain licensed agents to be agent in charge of branch locations under certain circumstances; provides that DFS is responsible for approval of surplus lines agent manual, etc. Amends Ch. 626.
