Florida P-20 Public Education Advisory Council [SPCC]; creates said council; provides membership requirements for council; authorizes council to elect chair from membership; provides for quorum; provides duties of council; requires council to comply with public-meetings & public-records requirements; requires financial disclosure; provides for reimbursement for travel & per diem expenses; provides for future repeal of council.
