GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Constantine

Florida Building Commission [RPCC]; requires commission to review requirements in National Electrical Code which relate to bonding & grounding systems for swimming pools; requires commission to make certain determinations before eliminating gravel & stone roofing systems; deletes requirement that certified firesafety inspector be resident of Florida; establishes grounds under which inspector's license may be suspended or revoked, etc. Amends Chs. 553, 663, 468.609. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000.
