GENERAL BILL by Gonzalez ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Porth ; Zapata ; Garcia ; Altman

Employee Fitness/Tax Credit; provides credit against tax on corporate income for certain taxpayer expenditures re providing employee fitness facilities or supporting fitness-related activities by employees; provides credit against tax on insurers for employee fitness costs, as defined in this act, which are incurred by insurer; provides for order of credits against tax on insurers, etc. Creates 220.1925, 624.5108; amends 220.02,.13, 624.509.
