Use of Force/Law Enforcement Officer; provides that person is not justified in resisting with violence law enforcement officer who is engaged in execution of legal duty, regardless of specified later finding by court; provides for reclassification of certain offenses against certain officers who are engaged in performance of duties; provides criminal penalties for resisting with violence officer who is executing legal duty, etc. Amends 776.051, 784.07, 843.01,.02.
