Federal Law Enforcement Officers [LPCC]; redefines term "law enforcement officer" to include federal law enforcement officer for purposes of certain enhanced penalties imposed for offense of assault or battery of law enforcement officer; reenacts provisions re screening standards, arrest without warrant, offense severity ranking chart, & fingerprinting of minors, to incorporate amendments to specified provisions in references thereto. Amends 784.07, 843.08; reenacts FS.
