Campaign Financing; requires electioneering communications organizations to keep certain financial records; removes exception to reporting requirement to list occupation of certain contributors; provides additional requirements re certain radio & television political ads; revises disclosure statement requirements for certain telephone solicitations; repeals specified provision re signatures gathered for initiative petitions, etc. Amends Ch. 106.
