Law Enforcement/Recertification [LPCC]; requires certain applicants for employment to complete recertification course; conforms provisions; reenacts specified provision re certification of such officers, to incorporate amendments made to specified provision, in references thereto. Amends 943.13,.131; reenacts 943.1395(3).
