GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Fasano
State Public Officials [LPCC]; requires covered public officials before taking office to place all of his or her personal investments traded on national or regional exchange into publicly traded mutual fund or qualified blind trust; prohibits said official from attempting to influence or exercise any control over decisions re management of blind trust; requires that copy of said trust agreement be filed with Ethics Commission within specified period, etc. Creates 112.3142.
