Criminal Justice; authorizes bail bond agents to provide electronic monitoring equipment & services; revises provisions re notice of presence of sexual predators; specifies residency exclusions for sexual offenders or sexual predators; provides for electronic monitoring of certain defendants on pretrial release, inmates within correctional facilities & juvenile offenders within juvenile facilities, etc. Amends FS.
