GENERAL BILL by Policy & Budget Council ; Safety & Security Council ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Porth ; Murzin ; Scionti ; Harrell ; Ford ; Bendross-Mindingall

Sexual Offenders & Predators; revises sexual predator criteria; revises provisions re registration of predators under supervision of DOC; requires said sexual predators to register with FDLE through sheriff's office; requires more frequent reregistration for specified offenders; allows certain sexual predators & offenders to petition for removal of registration requirement; provides reporting requirements for offenders, etc. Amends FS.
