Sexual Predators & Offenders; revises provisions re reimbursement of specified costs by sexual predators; specifies residency exclusions for sexual offenders or sexual predators; revises provisions re probation or community control for said predators & offenders; provides that failure of said predator or offender to obtain residence in compliance with certain requirements is not defense in certain proceedings, etc. Amends Chs. 775, 947, 948, 794.065.
