OGSR/DFS/Unclaimed Property Reports; amends specified provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for social security & financial account numbers contained in reports of unclaimed property held by DFS; expands exemption to include property identifiers; defines "property identifier"; reorganizes exemption; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 717.117.
