Leases/Private Property/State Agency; requires DMS to develop & implement strategic leasing plan; requires each agency to annually provide specified information to DMS; authorizes DMS to contract for real estate consulting or tenant brokerage services for specified purposes; requires each agency to consult with DMS re specified leasing opportunities; authorizes state agencies to use services of tenant broker under specified circumstances, etc. Amends 255.248,.249,.25. APPROPRIATION: $354,250.
