Hospitals [SPCC]; revises provisions designating disease classes; exempts certain cancer center hospitals from licensure restrictions; revises provisions re licensing standards for adult cardiovascular services; revises criteria for adoption of rules by AHCA; requires certain hospitals to participate in clinical outcome reporting systems operated by American College of Cardiology & Thoracic Surgeons Society for purposes of rule criteria, etc. Amends Chs. 395, 408.
