Self-Directed Care program; requires DCFS to expand access to program, within existing resources; provides for program applicants to be considered for enrollment regardless of level of functioning; requires annual evaluation of program; authorizes AHCA to contract with provider service networks specializing in psychiatric disabilities to provide Medicaid services, etc. Amends 394.9084, 409.912,.91211.
