Special Election/Joint Resolution/Homestead Prop.; provides for special election to be held on first Tuesday after first Monday in November 2007, pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of this state of joint resolution re homestead property assessments at less than just value; provides for publication of notice & for procedures.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by 3/5ths vote of each house of Legislature
