Taxation; includes tax warrants as subordinate lienholders for purposes of disbursements of surplus funds after judicial sale; revises certain criteria & requirements for local communications services tax conversion rates; authorizes DOR to issue temporary fuel licenses under certain circumstances; provides for reimbursement of portion of sales taxes paid on certain replacement mobile homes damaged under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,301,500.
