GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Alexander
Automated Teller Machine Transactions [EPCC]; prohibits slot machine licensee from allowing automatic teller machines to be located in certain areas of pari-mutuel facility; authorizes machine owners or operators to impose access fees or surcharges for machine use; provides certain agreement prohibitions re machine access fees or surcharges; provides for construction re certain fee-free or surcharge-free network agreements, etc. Amends 551.121, 655.966.
