GENERAL BILL by Ring
Sports Coaches/Criminal Screening [RPCC]; defines terms "sports coach" & "independent youth athletic team"; requires any person who is sports coach of said team to meet level 2 screening requirements as described in Employment Screening law; requires each sanctioning authority to sign affidavit annually, under penalty of perjury, stating that all sports coaches under its jurisdiction have been screened or are newly hired & awaiting results of required screening, etc.
